My name is Simona Nisev, and I am a professional interpreter, translator, and language trainer based in Austria.

My passion for languages and intercultural communication has shaped both my academic and professional path. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English and American Studies and Romance Studies with Spanish and Italian from the University of Salzburg, as well as a Master's degree in Interpreting Studies from the University of Vienna.

As a native speaker of Macedonian, I work with Macedonian, English, German, Spanish, and Italian. My multicultural and multilingual background enables me to navigate complex communication situations with linguistic precision and cultural sensitivity.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in various areas of language and communication. My professional journey includes six years of language training, work as a school teacher, project coordination in the field of diversity and inclusion at the University of Salzburg, and freelance interpreting and translation services. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively across different professional, institutional, and cultural contexts.

Today, I support public authorities, legal institutions, organizations, and private companies with professional language services tailored to their individual needs. Whether facilitating communication in multilingual settings, interpreting during official proceedings, or providing accurate translations, I am committed to delivering reliable, confidential, and high-quality services.

For me, language is more than communication—it is the key to understanding, cooperation, and connection across cultures.

Your native speaker trainer will assess your skills at the start of the course. For major languages, you can take our online multiple choice language tests FREE OF CHARGE. Assessment of other languages can be arranged; please contact us for details.

This depends on what and how much you would like to learn. We suggest ten 2-hours sessions for complete beginners wishing to reach Survival level. Your experienced language trainer can offer you clear advice on how to reach your goals.

Yes - please contact us for pricing details. Generally, the cost will be $10 more per hour per learner. A group can consist of anywhere between 2 and 15 students. Each learner in the class should be at the same level, as any difference will hamper training.

Generally, no. Our qualified, experienced trainers can't judge future success by just a single lesson.

Yes, lessons are paid for in advance. To begin your course, we require a $550 deposit, payable by check or credit card. After we receive this initial payment, your course can begin, and we will invoice you for the remainder of the lessons. Monthly payments are not accepted (exceptions apply).

If you need to change the day or time of your class, you can do this directly with the trainer. We only ask you to give 2 or more business days’ notice (e.g. to change a class on a Thursday, let the teacher know on the Tuesday before).

If you are unable to continue your course, you will receive a full refund minus the hourly cost of any classes already taken (including late cancellations); the cost of any course books already purchased on your behalf; a cancellation fee of $550.

It is no problem to change your face-to-face course to online with the same trainer (you can make arrangements directly to do this on Zoom, WhatsApp, or something similar). This is very helpful when you don’t want to miss a class while traveling or if you have a week with a complicated schedule or have other reasons (perhaps health reasons) meaning you do not want to be in physical contact with anybody but want to keep up with your regular learning.

If you want to change your online to face-to-face on a permanent basis, this is also possible but you will need to contact us to make arrangements. Please also be aware that you will be assigned a new teacher as your online teacher is not necessarily physically located in the same town as you.
